Magic Iris Cards

Well it's been AGES since I posted last. I've been working from home since the 13th of March. I am very thankful that I have a job where I am able to work from home. I cannot even begin to imagine what those people are going through who are not able to work.
I haven't been crafting much since I've been home, which I don't really know why, I just haven't been.
My stamping girls all get together and do a video chat while we craft on Sundays. This past Sunday I surprised them all and added Diana to the chat!! Then Diana surprised us when Eric joined the chat!!!! He took the girls on a little tour of his house.

Not sure why the last two weeks didn't, but this past weekend got my stampin mojo going!

Daphne turned 7 on the 10th of May. I still can't believe she's 7 already. She did a video chat with me this morning to say thank you for her package I mailed her. The clothes fit so that's a bonus! And she likes the books I got for her as well.
As I always do, I made her a box card. I usually ask Courtney what they are into this year and then I make a box card with a theme that they like. This year Courtney asked Daphne and she said she wanted one with her family! So that's what I did!

There were alot of people to get into that card!!

I recently bought some dies from Younique
They are Lawn Fawn dies and are interactive. The one I bought is called the Magic Iris Die. I watched the video on how to put it together, and it is pretty easy actually - much easier than I thought it was going to be.
I made one just make one and see if I could really do it!! And,yep! I did!

Here it is closed.
Then you start to pull down the tab!

And then the tab is fully down and the Iris is completely open!

I made another one as well!
Here it is completely closed

Then the start of the tab going down!!

Then the iris completely open!

Now I have all kinds of ideas swimming around in my head to make more!!!!

I'll try and post more frequently.
I hope you are all staying home, staying safe, and staying healthy,

Chow for now,
Jacqui
