Happy Anniversary Mom and Dad!
Today is my Mom and Dad's wedding anniversary. 32 years! 
Wow. I can almost remember there wedding day like it was yesterday.They got married at the house on the farm, with just close family and friends. We had a nice dinner and then the reception was at the Community Centre in Parkhill and Roger Quick played the music. Fun times!
They still look as awesome as they did 32 years ago!

Today is Day 8 of my program. Things are going well so far, I lost 5 pounds last week, so that is a good start. I pretty much stayed right on track until Saturday - and I didn't really fall off the track, I just had to make some substitutions and some good choices, and the get right back on the schedule on Sunday. So it's all good.
