Anyone got a life preserver??

So here was my day........
I get up and leave for work this morning.....
I get to the train bridge that I drive under to head out of town
Well at 5:00 AM it is pitch black....so I drive under the bridge - only to find out the whole entire road is flooded and I am now in the middle of a friggin lake......
I keep plugging away....and the little car chugs through it.....then the next thing you know...it's like Vegas on my dash - I got lights flashing and the car won't go faster than 20
So I pull over and sit on the side of the road for a bit thinking this will help...what do I know..
so I decide to head home.
So I have to go up and around some country road cause I don't want to drive back through the puddle/lake/ocean....so I putter away doing 20......and then I get a block and a half away from home and the car dies in the middle of the road.
So I called Joe (my ever faithful husband who will drop everything for me) and he came and pushed me with the van down to the auto shop....
So some plugs, some oil, some drying and $200 later.....my little rocket is once again sitting in my driveway.
Thankfully I am able to work from home, so I was still able to put in a full 8 hours, but it's frustrating...
The weather lately has been so crazy. How can we go from minus 20 degrees one day to plus 11 degrees the next. Makes me think that move The Day After Tomorrow just might be around the corner.
Anyhow the last few days I have been casing cards and tweaking cards....my definition of tweaking is almost the same, but a little different...casing is like one hundred percent the same. So I have been doing both for the last few days. I wanted to put some new cards on my display board for the fund-raiser I am participating in next weekend.
So I'm going to share with you one that I tweaked.
I tweaked this one from Diana's blog. I didn't have the cows that she has, and I was trying to keep everything strictly Stampin' Up! so I had to substitute another animal for the cow. I decided to use the little raccoon from the Under the Stars set.

He looks like such a little stinker.

Thanks for having a look!
Chow for now,
Jacqui

Hey girl, I'm glad that your car didn't die in the middle of that large puddle/lake! The high waters have looked so dangerous on the news.
