Congratulations Adam and Cat!!

A very dear friend of mine got married on the 31st of May. The ceremony was scheduled to be a garden wedding to start at 3:00 pm in the afternoon. As we were driving to the location, we were driving through a huge rain storm and dodging hail!

But, it all worked out in the end. At 2:30 the rain stopped, the sun came out and the wedding was able to continue as planned outside in the beautiful garden.

I created this card for Adam and Cat. The base cardstock is brushed silver, with a Pretty in Pink layer embossed with the Birds and Swirls cuttlebug. The cakes stamp from Fun and Fast Notes was embossed with silver and then coloured. The words "Together Forever" were stamped on Whisper White cardstock and then punch out with the word window punch. They were then placed on a tiny "o" ring and tied onto the card with the organdy pink ribbon.

It's quite a simple card, but I was pleased with the way it turned out.
