My Girl comes home today!!!

Today is the day Jade gets home from Germany! She has been gone on an exchange since the 30^th of June. I was so excited for her to go, because this may very well be a once in a lifetime opportunity for her, and now I am so excited for her to come home.It has been kind of strange here at the new place – we dropped her off on the bus to leave for Germany and then we headed to the new house. So she has not been here with us, so it’s been a little strange.I’m looking forward to having her home. I can’t wait to hear all the stories she has to tell me! (and with any luck......eat up some German chocolate!!!!!)

Here is a picture of Jade and Ines. This picture was taken in October when Ines was at our place for her visit. We hope that she will want to come and spend some more time with us in the future. She is a beautiful young woman and we hope to keep in touch with her for many years to come.
