Day One....again
Well I have decided that 2015 is going to my year to think about me again and get healthy and start to move.
As of today I am back on my program....the one that I was on back in 2007 where I lost like 50 pounds and swore I would never be over a certain weight again.......well........I am over it again and more over it than I have ever been. So enough is enough.
I just turned 46 years old, so there is no time like the present to get back on track and get moving and trying to eat better.
I weighed in and Jade took my measurements so I have numbers to look back on as I go through this journey that unfortunately I have been on before.
Here's hoping that 2015 is my year to take it off and keep it off. I have a set weight that I would like to get to, but I may be unrealistic in that long term goal. As time goes on our bodies change and I may not be able to get to that weight ever again. But I am not going to let that discourage me. I am going to set small goals for myself so I don't keep looking at that long term goal and get depressed by how long it is going to take.
So I got up, had my shower, ate my breakfast took my vitamins, drove to work and believe it or not.....when I got to work I took the stairs instead of the elevator.
I know that's not a huge deal - but it's a start and for me...that's a good thing.
Here's to a healthy 2015.

IT is a huge deal! You will do well ...just keep on track and there will be less of each of us to hug at Victopia..... you CAN do it!
